How It Works for Members

Escape the summer heat and treat your family to a cool-down day at the waterpark...you deserve it!

It is our pleasure to invite our valued Arcadia Members to enjoy the incredible Splash Harbour Water Park. You don’t even have to be staying on property with your Premier Nights!

1. The first 28 passes we give to members each day are complimentary, after that (or in addition to) we will distribute a limited number of 50% off ticket vouchers which allow a limited run of tickets to be be purchased for 50% off.
2. You can get up to 4 complementary passes, once per week. Requests can only be made 24 hours in advance of the date tickets are needed.
3. Just fill out the simple form below and if approved, we will email you a voucher. When you get here, present this voucher with your photo ID to your concierge.
4. Our online ticket office is open Monday thru Friday from 9am to noon. Any requests submitted after noon will be taken care of the following business day, so if you want weekend passes, make sure you request by Friday at noon!.
5. Members must be current with dues and loan payments.
6. No complimentary tickets are available on the weekends during June, July & August or on any of these holidays:
